Privacy Policy
This explains what CirQivo collects when you use SimQivo and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details: your email address and name when you create an account or sign in, including through Google.
Access records: which plan you have, so we can unlock paid features.
Payment records: Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded, the plan and the email used. We do not receive or store your card number.
Technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address and device type, used for security and to keep the site running.
Circuits you build
Circuits you build in the studio are saved on your own device in your browser. We do not receive them unless a feature clearly says it saves to your account.
How we use it
To run the site, sign you in, unlock paid features, process payments, answer support requests and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Electrical Red Seal Prep access
If you use SimQivo through an Electrical Red Seal Prep subscription, we check your sign-in email against that subscription to confirm your access. Nothing else about your study account is shared.
Who handles your data
We use service providers to host the site, sign users in and take payments, including Base44 (hosting and sign-in) and Stripe (payments). They process data for us under their own terms and privacy policies.
Keeping it
We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@electricalredsealprep.ca. We will respond within a reasonable time, and some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Children
SimQivo is aimed at apprentices, students and working tradespeople. It is not directed to young children.
